This is an email based program, a credit coach is assigned to review credit reports and analyze personal credit situation.Then after the credit is analyzed, disputes are completed with all three credit bureaus. An email is then sent with attachments that will include copies of your credit reports and disputes completed, along with an email address account that is opened just for you.In addition, you will also be issued a user id and password so you can log in to see your credit scores 24/7.

The program will also send you text message notifications to your mobile phone when changes appear on your credit file notifying you of your credit scores, balances, inquires etc…
