How Does it Work?
If you’re a Current Owner referred as “CO” or a Potential Buyer referred as “PB” we can help. The CO would sell his home to a PB at current market value with a Purchase/Lease Agreement subject to loan modification terms. The Potential Buyer would first enroll in the Homeownership Credit Program (considered by Current Owner as their deposit to move in) which would help the CO save their credit and modify current loan terms for free (PB will be a credited back Homeownership Credit Program Service Fee at closing by CO). The PB would be required to enroll in Credit Coaching Program to maintain buyer qualifications (credit monitoring, re-establishing credit, setting monthly financial goals, employment, filing tax returns etc…). CO is highly recommended to enroll in the credit coaching to regain their credit worthiness through the process.
